Strengths and abilities: Dai is an artist in every way. From drawing to writing, to acting and more, whatever the form of art may be, he is a near master in all of it. His greatest skill, however, lies in pantomiming, however, this goes two ways. He's a master at acting things out, yes, and should he even be in a game of charades, he would no doubt get his team to correctly guess every turn he was given, but there is also more to his skill than meets the eye, and more than the eye can see with that said. Practically anything Dai pantomimes can become reality. Whether he's shooting a gun or swinging a sword, twirling a lasso or holding an umbrella, the objects he creates through motions become real, like invisible constructs made through his mind. Aside from this though, Dai is also fairly intelligent, having had all honors classes in his time in school, and even having been bumped up a grade when he was younger. This higher IQ in addition with his enhanced skills in different art forms just shows that Dai is a true Renaissance man to be.
Weaknesses: As with any strength, there is always a weakness, and Dai is in no way an exception to this law of nature. Much as it may seem that he is all powerful through his pantomiming abilities, sadly, he is nowhere close, and he faces many limitations, especially when it comes to what he can actually create. When it comes down to it, he's over all limited to things which already exist in our world, meaning that objects such as light swords and laser guns are out of his reach, and though he can act them out as he sees fit, it will do him no good, being no more than a show to watch. But also with this, there is the fact that there are just somethings that he can create, either due to mental strength, or some other unknown reason. He can't create a car or a bike or really anything very complex, and though he can make a rope which he can use to climb to a higher ledge, he can't create an elevator or set of stairs. Life is another thing locked away from him, such as pretending to pet or walk a dog. There would be no creation, no invisible husky to pull at his make-believe leash, just a boy preforming and nothing more. It's hard to say why he even has these limitations, but he does, and possibly his biggest weakness regarding his unique ability of all is that everything he creates applies to its own rules. From guns needing to be loaded to swords needing to be sharpened, just because the things he creates don't technically exist in the definition of the word, they still apply to most laws of physics, and if he dropped a glass he was pantomiming out, there would be a mess to clean up regardless of the fact that it was never really there in the first place. Aside from all of this, Dai is also simply physically weak due to undernourishment and has a very low immune system as well. Plus, he's allergic to both nuts and seafood, and has an pathological fear of hurting others or just being an overall danger.
Appearance
Height: 5'
Weight: 100 lbs
Build: Slight, thin, no physical build, long-limbed
Eyes: A gradient of rainbow running in a circle like a color wheel which mirror each other with red on the outside and green opposite to that on the inside. They gold a slight glassy look to them like that of a porcelain doll's and seem to glow ever so slightly, especially in the dark.
Hair: A flow of rainbow running from front to back in chunks of individual color starting with red in the center of his bangs and ending with purple opposite to that in the back. Long, past shoulder length, and cut a bit choppily; layered and uneven. Holds a texture similar to faux fur, but is still very soft to the touch.
Complexion: Deep in color like a rich, even tan, but holding a marbled texture to it, somewhat hard and cold to the touch, much like stone.
Characteristic outfit / signature item of clothing: Always wears a pair of goggles on top of his head
Predominant features: Has several thin scars on both of his wrists, a couple simple hoops in the mid-helix area on his left ear, and another simple hoop in the lobe of his right ear
Personality
General: Initially very shy, even coming off as anti-social, and seems to prefer just being to himself, though he enjoys company and even longs for physical contact such as holding hands, hugging, and even cuddling. Is typically very sweet and understanding, as well as patient and fairly cool-tempered. However he has his limits, as does everybody, and once he bursts things can become very unpredictable and he can be very prone to not just physical violence, but saying things he'll no doubt later regret. He always makes up for it though, no matter how bad it was, and always feels terrible about his behavior for long after his out bursts. It gets to the point where all the weight can be too much for him, and he collapses into depression for sometimes even days at a time, so far in fact that he can become completely disconnected from the real world. All in all, he has a good, pure heart and a warm soul to fit with it.

Forgets to eat or even just skips over meals. Tries to avoid his problems if he can.

Past
Dai had always had a strong fascination in the arts, ever since he was very young, and his parents were always very supportive all throughout his childhood. There was always some class for him to look forward to after school and on the weekends. From writing, to painting, to singing, to dancing, and even acting, but there were none he was ever more excited about than pantomiming. It was always his favorite class to attend, and it was the one which he quickly mastered in, to the point his teacher claimed he could be the next Marcel Marceau. He was a prodigy, a born star, but when he his mother came to be diagnosed with leukemia, things fell off the tracks for both Dai and his father. Dai quit going to his classes to stay home with his mother while his father worked, and did all that a ten year old boy could do in ways of caring for her. But his mother insisted that he continue with his dreams, and told him she wanted nothing more than to see him reach those dreams of fame he constantly spoke of over dinner. Dai was left in a dilemma. He wanted his mother to be happy, but he also wanted her to be safe. And so he turned to a force that was otherwise frowned upon and ill-advised. He cast a deal with a powerful being, pleading that his mother be given the chance to see him reach fame before she passed. The being agreed, the deal set in stone, and Dai's mother lived another five years to see her son make it through show after show of his own twist on the preforming arts, combining everything he'd learned and more into a innovative new style that was quickly spreading across the medias. Sadly, she died a month before his biggest show yet, and the weight of her passing nearly threw Dai off the rails once more. He sworn to himself though, and to his mother in spirit, that he wouldn't let her down and that he would keep up with his growing career for as long as he could. And so show day arrived, and Dai preformed better than he ever had before. Unfortunately, it would be the last he'd ever preform as well, at least, his last as the boy he was. During intermission, he stepped out of the theater to cool off and catch his breath, and the being he'd spoken to five years before returned for payment. It was there that Dai made the second biggest mistake of his life thus far, the first having been calling upon the being in the first place. That night, with all his broken emotions, all his pain, all his depression and all of his anger which he could throw at no one but himself, Dai refused to go through with the deal, and he denied the being their payment, feeling that because his mother died before his biggest break, the contract was rendered void anyway.
He was wrong.
And he paid for his mistake greatly.
He was wrong.
And he paid for his mistake greatly.
Present
Today, Dai still preforms in front of crowds. But the crowd has changed now, and he no longer has any say in what he does. Now he preforms for the amusement of powerful beings, all whom couldn't care less about him, or the others like him. He competes against others for fame and glory, reduced to the status of a show dog and given just as much freedom if not even less. He is no more than a possession of his master, given life by only their word, and compelled by his very being to follow every order given to him by whomever holds his heart. And who else to be in possession of that valuable piece of him than the being who made him what he is today?
